We provide affordable laptops to students who need them. Every student deserves the tools to learn, stay connected, and reach their potential.
Our Mission
Our mission is to reduce barriers to education and facilitate equitable access to learning by providing Kingston students in financial need with a ReBOOT Canada Premium Refurbished Laptop.
Our Founder
Gabriel Bergeron is a grade 12 student at Bayridge Secondary School in Kingston, Ontario, enrolled in the Computer Science Specialist Program. He founded SLAP! after observing that students without laptops were unable to fully participate in schoolwork and projects. Gabriel created SLAP! to help all Kingston students reach their potential.
How it Works
Are you a student in need of a laptop? Fill out the Application Form below to automatically qualify for a Premium Refurbished Laptop from ReBOOT Canada's ReSTART program*
You may choose to BUY NOW for $320
or
JOIN OUR WAITLIST for a free (sponsored) laptop
*If you apply through ReBOOT directly, you must prove you are 18+ and answer financial questions to qualify.
These restrictions are waived for students applying through SLAP!
